These terms and conditions apply to the viewing and purchasing of products through the www.fixnrolldolly.com website, by phone, email, or in any other way. By dealing with Fix-N-Roll Dolly, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.
Limitations of Liability
- Fix-N-Roll Dolly will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic damages.
- The aggregate liability of Fix-N-Roll Dolly shall not exceed the purchase price paid for any products purchased through this site, or if no such products were purchased.
Pricing
- All information regarding pricing, products, and services is subject to change. Fix-N-Roll Dolly strives to maintain the lowest prices possible, but Fix-N-Roll Dolly reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and products for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, discontinuation, unavailability, and errors in advertisements.
- Prices listed are net and do not include shipping charges, handling fees, taxes and/or duties, or special crating requirements for export shipment. All orders may be subject to a $25.00 handling fee.
Shipping
- Any shipping errors or claims must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
- Additional delivery attempts or address corrections will incur additional charges of $75.00.
- No dock access and waiting to unload will incur additional charges to be determined.
Shipping Errors & Damages
- The shipped package should be visually inspected before signing the freight bill. If the package is damaged, note any damage on the freight bill so a claim can be entered with the carrier.
- Any shipping errors or damages must be reported to Fix-N-Roll Dolly customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns
- Materials can be returned up to 14 days following the shipment date, but the customer will incur a fee representing 25% of the purchase price value, as long as the products are in good resale condition. Return shipping fees shall be at the customer’s expense. The credit will be issued once the material has been received and inspected.
- Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization. Please note that Fix-N-Roll Dolly will not issue a refund on returned products which sustain shipping damage and/or show signs of having been used by the customer.
- Fix-N-Roll Dolly reserves the right at all times to refuse a material return request.
Warranties
- Fix-N-Roll Dolly product are guaranteed for a period of one year after the shipment date.
- Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace any defective components which are returned to us or otherwise demonstrated to our satisfaction not to be as warranted.
- Fix-N-Roll Dolly will not be responsible for any labor costs incurred by customers. All warranties are void if any product is not used in accordance with product instructions, subjected to misuse, abuse, or neglect by the user.
- Exemption Clause: Please be advised that caster wheels are exempt from warranty coverage.

- None of the site materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, linked, or transmitted in any form including, but not limited to, electronic or photocopying for purposes of making a profit without prior written permission of Fix-N-Roll Dolly.
